Casa La Concha is situated a 15 minutes walk to the beaches of Puerto Banus and a short driving distance to the larger resorts of Marbella and San Pedro. Quiet and peaceful, the villa is set in its own cul-de sac with immediate parking outside. Views from the terrace at the rear of the house overlook the 12th fairway of Las Brisas Golf. The villa is hidden behind its own walled garden, filled with lavender and roses. Leading from the large through lounge/dining area onto a spacious terrace with its own heated private swimming pool there are walking steps down into the shallow end ideal for children. The terrace is furnished with sofas and chairs, a dining table for 12, a gas BBQ and loungers for you to watch the golfers. Watch the spectacular sunsets on the beautiful mountain of La Concha or you can just jump into your own private heated pool (extra cost). The villa, with its surrounding lawns and walled garden, makes an ideal safe family holiday. Can sleep 6 people minimum to 12 people maximum depending on requirements and priced per room.
