The villa has 4 levels distributed in: - Ground floor with living room with access to a large terrace with panoramic views and an outdoor dining room with capacity for 12 diners and hanging hammocks type armchairs to enjoy the views, work area with desk and chair, a bedroom with double bed with direct access to the terrace and a bathroom with bathtub. -The first floor has a bedroom with a large double bed and a designer bathroom, with stunning panoramic views of the sea and all of Almerimar. -The semi-basement floor has a large living room and an integrated kitchen with state-of-the-art American refrigerator, with an island equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes, laundry area with washing machine and dryer and 3 bedrooms, one of them with a large double bed and direct access to the pool, it also has two other bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom with shower. -For dance lovers in the basement area we have a private bar / disco of approximately 50 metres equipped with Bluetooth speaker, perfect sofas so you don't have to leave the house. We also have an exercise area with a running machine, exercise bike and several exercise items. In the outdoor area like Beach Club, with sun loungers and umbrellas of esparto, sun and shade area, you can enjoy a private pool of 32 square metres with barbeque area and garden overlooking the sea and the mountains.
