“De Villa heeft een hele fijne indeling met 3 slaapkamers met alle drie een eigen badkamer met toilet. De tuin is perfect gelegen met een heerlijk zwembad. De villa staat in een wijk met alleen bestemmingsverkeer. Wat erg prettig is.”

Situated on a plot of over 9500 sq. feet (900 m2) the Villa Las Niñas is spread over 1 level with a spacious living room and kitchen both facing the south garden and the private pool. It is located in a luxury and private urbanisation between Fuengirola, 1 mile south, and the classical Andalusian town Mijas, 4 miles north. Inside the urbanisation there is a private tennis club with both hard and clay surfaces. The nearest beach (Monumento de la Peseta) is just 1 mile South-East
My name is Sonia, I am married, a mother and an animal lover. I studied Tourism and have worked hard many years in different hotels and companies to be able to use this experience and knowledge in something that motivates me that is to manage a lovely property and make people happy while on they are on holidays. In case of an emergency, my parents live in the same urbanisation. For any other matters i am 100% available on whatsapp or phonecall.
Located at the heart of Costa del Sol, but in a beautiful and quiet resident area. Haza del Algarrobo entrance will take your breath away. It holds 50 deluxe villas (Elton John's manager lives in one of them) and it is just minute aways from the lovely beach of Los Boliches and its promenade. The urbanisation has a private tennis club with 5 tennis courts (clay and hard surface). No problems for parking. You can either park outside on the road (cul-de-sac), or in the private parking in the front garage. Beware that the main road before entering the urbanisation does not allow crossing (when coming in) or turning left when leaving. You must go to the roundabouts.
