Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, pool view and a patio, Villa Limon Playa Flamenca is situated in Orihuela Costa, South Costa Blanca, 45 minutes south of Alicante. This property offers access to a balcony, garden area, roof top solarium, free parking just outside the villa and free WiFi. The villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, beach towels, seats and umberella for beach a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, filtered water, a terrace and solarium with sea views. Villa is air conditioned together with ceiling fans. In winter there is a wood burning stove to enjoy and heating also. There is a children's playground, located beside the villa, Playa Flamenca beach is close by. Padel Courts , mini golf, Restaurants, Shops all less than 5 minute walk from villa. No need for a car unless you want to venture further afield. Cala Mosca Beach is 1.6 km from the accommodation, while Playa Canina is 1.8 km from the property. The nearest airport is Alicante and Region de Murcia International, 48 km from Villa. A cleaning fee is paid in cash on arrival at the villa to my property manager. A security deposit is paid in cash on arrival and refunded on departure, once the property has been checked. The villa is very private yet all amenities just a stroll away.
I like to ensure that guests enjoy their well earned holiday at our villa.
Lovely neighbourhood with some fabulous restaurants, pubs and shops close by. The Villa is a hidden gem with plenty to do, private pool in good location, no need to hire a car if you do not wish to drive. 2km from beach which is 5 mins drive, La Zenia Boulevard is 5 mins drive, restaurants just beside Villa. Fabulous white sand blue flag beaches close by.
