Boasting a beautiful mountainous view, the Villa Morera consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The villa includes Wi-Fi suitable for internet calls, as well as a Satellite TV. This child-friendly villa also offers a highchair and crib at your request. The washing machine and iron are located in the common area. Spend your afternoons in your private pool accompanied by a tasty barbeque on the grill. Enjoy the mountainous view in your private outdoor area which has a furnished garden with both covered and open terraces. In addition, there is also a communal garden and a terrace with a gazebo. In approximately 10 minutes by car, you will reach the shopping centre, with various supermarkets from which you can choose. Also in this area, you will find restaurants and bars. Just a 15-minute drive from the villa, there are a variety of beach clubs and beach resorts, the nearest beach being Playa de la Entrada - a 13-minute drive or 7 km from the property. The island's airport is a 35-minte drive (46 km) away. A parking garage is available for 2 cars per house, inside the complex. Bed linens, bath towels and toiletries are included in the price.
