Villa moderna muy luninosa con habitaciones muy amplias, cuenta con 4 dormitorios, 2 baños con ducha (uno de ellos en suite con bañera), cocina totalmente equipada (con tepanyaki, frigorifico americano, Nespresso, etc.) con jardin y piscina privada y sala de juegos con futbolin, ping-pong y cesta de baloncesto en exterior. Ideal para una familia grande o varias familias. La villa es eco-friendly y tiene 6,5 kW fotovoltaico instalada para el auto-consumo de la energia sostenible en la casa.
Soy de origen aleman pero vivo en España desde hace mas que dos decadas. Hablo varias idiomas.
La villa se encuentra en la mejor zona de Aguadulce, a 350 metros de la playa de Aguadulce en una zone con muchos bares, restaurantes y supermercados
