Located in Marbella, the villa "Tiphareth" has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This 400 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 18 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, cable and satellite TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot is also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with an unfenced pool (open from 9 am to 9 pm), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower. Free parking is available on the street. Parties are prohibited after 11 pm, as silent hours must be respected. One pet is allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Beach/pool towels are provided. Airport transfers are available upon request, as well as a shopping service prior to the arrival of guests.

The beach is a 10-minute walk away and there is a bus stop 300 m away for public transportation to the centre of Marbella. A regional restaurant and a small supermarket can be reached within 200 m of the villa. The host also offers to organise barbecue and paella evenings.
