This spectacular villa stands out for its amenities and attention to detail. The villa underwent a complete renovation of its bedrooms in March 2026, now offering five MASTER SUITES with ensuite bathrooms and a minimum of 30 m² per room, enhancing the level of detail and comfort to ensure an unforgettable holiday. One of the villa's strongest points, is its location, just 300 meters from the beach, with one of the longest promenades on the Costa del Sol (17 km) where you'll find bars, beach bars, restaurants, water sports, and more. Nestled on a spectacular avenue of gardens, it also features a large outdoor playground and two impressive fountains that connect it to the town center, only 700 meters away. A car is NOT essential during your stay. Despite being so close to everything you need, the villa is located in a very quiet and private residential area. The villa has a plot of 1,000 m2 and 530 m2 of constructed area. All the bedrooms are decorated and themed around different cultures, such as JAPANESE, HINDU, INDONESIAN, CHINESE and AFRICA, and many of their accessories have been imported from the same country of origin. All bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses, option of choosing between KING size bed or TWIN beds, top-brand bedding, a pillow menu, a choice of duvet or blanket, air conditioning, LCD TV with a movie catalog, a bluetooth music system, a safe, blinds, a wardrobe or dressing room, and all bedrooms offer their own en-suite bathroom, being spacious, bright and featuring windows to the outside, designer sinks, top-brand accessories and a hairdryer. Likewise, all bedrooms offer the option of adding 1 or 2 extra beds or a cot (please request information and additional cost)

Villa Turrion is located in a privileged area of Marbella (San Pedro de Alcántara), at the end of a wonderful avenue of palm trees and fountains and at only 300 meters from the promenade and beach. The promenage is 17 km long, where you can enjoy all kinds of activities on the beach and hire pedalos, jet skis, etc. .., or simply sit and enjoy the sea and beach in one of the many bars and restaurants the promenade has to offer.
