Villacana Playa Silvia is the second 2 bedroom townhouse we are happy to offer for rental on Booking.con. Our best reference is reflected in our 9/10 rate on Booking for the last 4 years. This new house is located in a beachfront highly maintained typical andalusian complex with 4 swimming pools. You will enjoy the privacy of your own home. The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the first floor. The kitchen, living room and terrace are located on the main floor. The townhouse has been recently refurbished.

On the complex grounds, you will find restaurants, beach bars, a hairdresser, a supermarket. Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets, Burger King, a pharmacy are only a 5 minutes drive from the residence. San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Marbella are 10 minutes away. Malaga airport is 45 minutes away. Easy access to highway A7.
