We are a young company that wants to offer unique experiences in the complex world of tourism services. We seek out meticulously designed spaces, charming down to the last detail, in prime locations.

Property info

The Metamorphosis of a Storage Room. Once upon a time, there was a storage room in the oldest building in Almerimar. Its existence was strange, almost as if it shouldn't be there, in such a privileged location. Its walls witnessed the brief but intense life of the neighborhood. Each use an intervention, each intervention a wound. Until it decided to be inhabited. Life no longer unfolds only in the plaza to the south that it overlooks, but also within its walls. A minimal, almost nonexistent layout organizes the two dwellings that comprise the complex. The bareness of the chosen materials—fir wood, thermal clay, and white latticework—accentuates the Mediterranean light that caresses them, while from its windows, the sea can be enjoyed in all its eternity. If you choose the rate with breakfast, please note that it is served in a separate establishment from the apartment.
