This brand new renovated apartment, with mind blowing exclusive urban jungle interior and jacuzzi, is centrally located, just a few footsteps away from Luceros (the grand fountain) and the main street, from where you can catch any bus or tram. The maximum capacity is 4 people and there is free parking in the street. Also, the compact city center is just around the corner. With most shops, restaurants and the splendid Mercado, for all your fresh groceries, within 5 minutes of walking. The beach is perfectly reachable by foot. The loft, situated on the first floor of an historic building, is equipped with all essentials you need for your luxurious stay in Alicante. Ceilings of 3.5m make the living and dining room spacious and bright, without losing its cosines. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, SMEG oven and microwave and a coffee machine. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with a double bed (160x200). One room is reached through authentic double doors and has a French balcony, the second one is to be reached by a floating staircase. The bathroom is simply amazing. Fitted with a large, two-person jacuzzi bathtub, rain shower and quality accessories.

As we are just off the main street, in a quiet street it offers the tranquility that you seek for when on holiday, while with a few minutes of walking you are right in the buzz of this lively city. In our street there's is a very nice and authentic wine bar situated.
