Property info

Historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is located just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol. All apartments are similar but different. Please check the selected apartment before booking. Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children. The building was inaugurated in March 2024. Fully equipped apartments to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, they use renewable Aerothermal energy and are very quiet despite being in the heart of the historic center.

Neighborhood info

Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Cava Baja Street), right in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Without a doubt, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!
