This comfortable, modern villa offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located in the prestigious Salobre Golf Resort, ensuring peace and a rewarding stay. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, a fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, and dishwasher, television, and free Wi-Fi. The terrace is furnished with modern outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Located within El Salobre Golf Resort, you have access to first-class golf facilities. There is a supermarket at the entrance to the development. Private parking is included. For stays longer than 10 nights, cleaning with linen and towel change is provided. A cot and high chair are available on request for children under 2. The property is in a residential area; parties or any activity that may disturb the neighbors are prohibited. Excess occupancy is not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside, but is allowed on the terrace. Pool heating is available for an extra fee.
