For stays longer than 10 nights, cleaning with linen and towel change is included. A cot and high chair are available on request for children under 2. The property is in a residential area, so parties and events are not allowed. The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded. Smoking is not permitted inside, but is allowed on the terrace.
