It is not possible to book the shuttle service in advance; it can only be booked at check-in at reception. The shuttle service cannot be guaranteed at a specific time; it is subject to availability and the order of bookings at check-in. This is a free service, and the hotel reserves the right to make changes to the schedule to ensure good service.

Guests must provide their arrival date/time and flight details during the booking process. The airport shuttle service is for transit passengers only, not for car rental customers. Once you have landed and have your luggage, you must call the hotel to request its collection.
