The cabin sleeps up to four guests across three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, the wood-fired sauna is the heart of the cabin, and the glass-walled living room opens onto the forest. We power the cabin with solar panels and a heat pump, and our drinking water comes from our own drilled well. Cooling is available in summer, and the floor heating in the bathroom and sauna keeps you comfortable in winter. A small bouldering wall in the garden is yours to use — bring climbing shoes if you'd like to try it.

The cabin sits in Nuuksio, Espoo's wilderness district, surrounded on three sides by forest. Lake Siikajärvi is a five-minute walk away with a public swimming spot. The Haltia Nature Centre and Nuuksio Reindeer Park are both within fifteen minutes by car. Helsinki city centre is 45 minutes away, and Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is 40 minutes. Bus 204 stops 300 metres from the cabin for guests who prefer not to drive.
