The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. You’ll find all kinds of shops nearby: bakeries, supermarkets, butchers, restaurants, pizzerias, and even UberEats delivery. The tram is just a few steps away and takes you easily to the city center, Old Town, Promenade des Anglais, and the train station. The beach is less than 5 minutes away — perfect for enjoying the Nice sunshine!
