You will find in this apartment a real holiday place 50 meters from the Promenade des Anglais. With an outdoor swimming pool in the residence open from May 15 to end of October. The building is new and very well maintained. I am sure you will have a pleasant stay;)
It is with pleasure to welcome you on your arrival to answer all your questions and guide you for your stay in Nice.
The neighborhood is very friendly, alive. There is a lot of commerce including a super market at the bottom of the residence. You will be 5 minutes from the beach (promenade des anglais).
