The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a building with secure access (digital code). Arranged on the same level, it offers you: a living room with kitchen, living room and lounge, then 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. You will have a small balcony facing south/east. A parking space is reserved for you in the residence car park (secured by a barrier). A closed bike shelter is available (shared with the building). The building visible from the balcony, opposite the cottage, is a primary school. This accommodation is reserved for leisure customers.
