We created our company to renovate this building and make it discover, with the wonders of the Pyrenees and Lourdes, to as many people as possible. Originally from the region, we have the experience of welcoming travelers but on Montpellier.

The Residence A l’ombre de la Tour welcomes you in the heart of the historic center of Lourdes, in a 1800 building completely renovated in 2025. It offers 3 independent apartments (studio, T2 and duplex) dedicated to travelers, combining period charm and modern comfort. You will appreciate the mix between old and modern, between old parquet and luxury bedding. We were committed to restoring this unique building, built on the rock on which the castle of Lourdes and the miraculous cave rest, at the foot of the unique watchtower still present, trying to preserve as much as possible its unique hidden without distorting it. However, we had to integrate modern, acoustic, thermal comfort, with luxurious bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, quality bedding and everything that makes modern housing pleasant. You will therefore find yourself in a typical Pyrenean building with oak floor, exposed frame, Payolle marble fireplace, wooden balcony with all modern comfort. A 50m² common garden, furnished with lawn and furniture, offers a direct view of the Garnavia Tower, the last medieval watchtower of the castle of Lourdes, located just a few meters away. The residence is ideally located: the sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes is accessible in 5 minutes on foot, the castle less than 100 m away, the market and shops are nearby. Travelers also benefit from a secure bike room, for skis or hiking equipment. Public parking in the immediate vicinity. On the ground floor you will find a magnificent shop offering rare, local, artisanal and organic products, made up of a little-known fruit with many virtues, pomegranate. You could discover vinegars, oils, wines all in a room like the rest of the building, most of the walls being made of natural rock, making the only troglodyte commercial premises.

In the heart of the historic Lourdes, a few meters from the castle, the city market, and all the shops and restaurants constituting the authentic city, in the heart of the Pyrenees. Accessible in 10 minutes on foot from the SNCF station, you can reach the natural sites surrounding the city directly. Located at 31 rue de la Grotte, the main artery serving the sanctuaries, the latter are 500m down the street with all the hotels and shops. In this street, a few meters away you can discover the most popular restaurants in the city. You will be in the original and original Lourdes, the one in which the inhabitants live and not in the hotel and tourist area.
