F2 apartment with independent bedroom and double bed 140, ideally located in the quiet and highly sought-after Allée des Fleurs, completely renovated, fiber internet, free wifi, view of the golf course, large terrace 11 m2 facing south, pretty sea view, close to the center of the village and access to swimming pools, Shops and the various activities and entertainment offered within Cap Esterel Pierre and Vacances Agay. Large Rapido 160 type sofa, separate wc, walk-in shower, large storage, large combined fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, large connected TV, very well equipped, new garden furniture with large table and aperitif corner, private parking in the basement with free badge access. Access to swimming pools for free with 5 cards.
We will welcome you with pleasure in this pretty apartment completely renovated.
Close to the prettiest bay in the region (Agay). Massif de l'Estérel opposite with superb walks. On site: heated swimming pool from April to October, wave pool, 3rd swimming pool in Le Hameau, padel and tennis courts, golf courses, regular entertainment and sports activities, circus school, fitness with coach, evening shows. Bike rental, several restaurants and shops, mini-market, childcare. Small port Agay, with shuttles for Saint Raphael, Saint Tropez, Iles de Lerins, Porquerolles. Near Ile d'Or Dramont.
