Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 40 m² apartment for rent in Dinard, 250 meters from the Écluse beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The accommodation is composed as follows : - A living room of 25 m² with TV, 1 double sofa bed and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, fan, iron, Nespresso coffee machine. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - A cellar is available to store equipment: bike, body board, surf... - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
