Company info
Before realizing our dream in Southwest France, we worked in the Dutch business sector for many years. Ibo completed secondary education in tourism and recreation in Groningen. Afterward, he moved to Breda to pursue a higher professional education (HBO) program in Recreation Business Management. During his studies, he worked at various Breda-based hospitality companies, and after graduation, he started working at a five-star hotel in Eindhoven. Subsequently, he worked for several years in a supervisory role at a holiday park in the hospitality sector. Eventually, he continued his career in commercial B2B, where he worked for years as a successful (key) account manager. However, the call to own his own business in the hospitality and leisure accommodation sector persisted, and now he can finally put his acquired knowledge and experience into practice to ensure his guests have a truly wonderful stay.
When the Belgian Marlies met Ibo, it quickly became clear that their mutual love was strong, but so was the travel distance. After just 7 months, she gave up her job as a sports journalist at 'Het Laatste Nieuws' and emigrated to the Netherlands to live and work with Ibo in Breda. In the years that followed, Marlies worked very successfully as a recruiter for clients in the Eindhoven and Amsterdam areas. A few years ago, her work within the HR sector expanded to include her role as a Consultant, where she once again worked very successfully for various clients in Southeast Brabant. Marlies has a strong focus on people, connection, and personal attention. Qualities that are proving very useful here as well.
