Our seasonal rental is a large 1-bedroom apartment (49m²) with a large private terrace (30m²) and is located in the heart of the Massif de l'Esterel in Théoule-sur-Mer. Completely renovated in 2023, it is ideal for 1 to 4 people and has a parking space (open). The apartment is air-conditioned, with wifi (fiber) & is composed of an entrance with large cupboard, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with and a large comfortable bed (160 x 200) overlooking a breathtaking view of the Forest. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all main appliance (oven/microwave/dishwasher/coffee machine/washing machine). In the lounge area is a sofa bed (Easy to install and comfort 140 x 190), and a large television, you have direct access to the terrace (table/chairs/umbrella and a relax chairs & electric BBQ). Sheets and shower & Beach towels are provided with no extra suppliment. For our younger guest, we have a baby's travel cot with sheets, a highchair & a babys bath.

This accommodation is part of a house with 3 individual appartments and was many years lived in by the famous Swedish singer, actress and artist "Anita Lindblom", and after buying in 2022 we wanted to pay tribute & honour her memory by calling our rental L'Anita. Living directly on site, we are here to welcome you and help you have a pleasant stay.

With foot paths directly accessible from the apartment (less than 300m), this accommodation is ideal for hikers and nature lovers. Located in the heights of Theoule you can enjoy the calm and observe exceptional fauna and flora at any time of the year. The beaches and the village center are a 10 min walk or 3 min by car and you have the choice of restaurants and shops, leisure activities, and various summer events are organized throughout the year. A car is still recommended for easier access to large cities and the surrounding area but not essential because there are 2 bus lines and a train station and there is a free shuttle service to get around Théoule (drops you off at your doorstep) !
