Royal Promenade is a beautiful quiet studio, renovated, on the 4th floor of a luxury building with elevator, on the Promenade des Anglais. Paradis Blue is a studio located close to Place Massena, restaurants, the pedestrian area and beaches. Beautifully decorated, the apartment is quiet, fully equipped and air conditioned. it has a nice terrace that will allow you to take your breakfasts, appetizers or meals.

Apartment in the heart of the city center, 2 minutes from Place Massena, the pedestrian zone and all its shops and restaurants. Located on the famous Promenade des Anglais, with a view of a large quiet court, you are at 5 minutes walk from all the centers of interest: the old-Nice, Place Masséna, the "Coulée Verte", the Casino Ruhl, the Hard-Rock Café, the beaches, the pedestrian zone ... The buses that make you discover the city or region, are all passing at the bottom of the building. You will be in the very popular: Carré d'Or.
