Recently renovated apartment with an area of 50 m2 located in the center with parking at your disposal. On the 1st floor with elevator, it enjoys an unobstructed view. The living room is clear and well arranged as well as the kitchen that adjoins it. Sleeping side, a bright room with 140 cm bedding awaits you, the other room without opening has 2 twin beds with comfortable 70 cm bedding. A bathroom with a large shower. The toilets are separated. Sheets and towels are not provided and cleaning must be done by the tenants before their departure. Optional services: rental of sheets and towels; final cleaning (to be ordered before arrival and paid on site, subject to availability).
