It features air conditioning, a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a comfortable living area. Just 100 meters from the Rolex Masters and an 8-minute walk to the bus stop that takes you through Monaco. Paid street parking is available nearby.

The apartment is located in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin between Menton and Monaco. It is a very pleasant city to spend holidays with family or friends due to its proximity to Italy, Menton, Monaco, Nice and other cities on the French Riviera accessible by train. It is the perfect place to vary your outings thanks to the sharing between sea and mountains (hiking, paddle, canoeing, visits...). After an afternoon at the Golf Bleu beach you can dine in a charming restaurant in the village of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin (such as “La Grotte et L’Olivier”). You can go in 10 minutes by train to Italy (Ventimiglia) or the Principality of Monaco as well as by TER to neighboring towns (Nice, Cannes, Antibes, etc.).
