The space, designed for up to 4 guests, features a bright bedroom with a double bed (bed linen provided), a welcoming living room with TV, and a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and washing machine. The neat and practical bathroom completes the harmonious setting. Enjoy a private terrace—perfect for admiring snowy peaks or golden sunsets—and a separate entrance for added privacy. A reserved parking space on the property makes getting around easy. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, parties and events are not permitted. End-of-stay cleaning can be arranged on request, available for an extra fee. Without this option, cleaning is not included in the rental.
