The apartment has air-conditioning in all rooms and welcomes you in a superb refined and modern decoration, with walls lined with contemporary works. Thanks to its double exposure, the apartment enjoys a very high brightness. If you prefer shadows to air conditioning, blinds and fully electric shutters will keep the apartment cool. The layout is includes: - 1 large living room open to the kitchen and overlooking the terrace with a table, 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds - 1 fully equipped kitchen with high-end full range of appliances (NEFF), Nespresso coffee machine, Dyson vacuum, etc. - 1 large room with a 160 cm wide bed overlooking the rear courtyard - 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm wide beds overlooking the large terrace. This bed room can be privatized with 1 on the bathroom - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilets - 1 separate toilets The available equipment will allow you to feel "just like home": - 3 3D Smart TVs (1 living room and 2 bedrooms) connected to the Internet with the possibility to configure Netflix - 30 Mbps Wifi connection - Books and games for adults and children (boys and girls)

The apartment is at a 3 min walk from the "Durandy" tram station, on a direct line from the airport (15 min, line 2). The apartment is located in the very center of Nice, close to the Promenade des Anglais (10 min walk), the old Nice (5/10 min), Place Massena (5 min), "La coulée verte" ( 5 min) and the train station (20 min). Many shops are located a few steps from the building: restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, hairdressers... If you don't find what you're looking for, the avenue Jean Médecin and its innumerable shops are 5 min walk: mall (Nice Etoile), cultural and electronic products (Fnac), supermarkets (Monoprix), movie theater, Nespresso shop, sport shop (Decathlon) ... A bus stop is located at the bottom of the building if you need to travel further.
