Welcome to Ty Avel, a cozy apartment perfect for a seaside holiday, managed by La Conciergerie du Golfe. Located in the heart of the Quiberon peninsula within the Avel Residence, this 32 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a bunk bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, making it ideal for a family or a couple with children. You’ll find a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle), and a TV for a convenient and pleasant stay. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, and bath mats are available for an extra charge. Self check-in is possible with a key box. Enjoy the sea breeze from the balcony. The residence also offers a heated pool, open from June 15 to September 15, 10 am to 7 pm. The location is a real highlight: the beach is about 700 meters away on foot, perfect for swimming, relaxing, or water sports. Quiberon is famous for its sandy beaches, stunning wild coast, coastal trails, surf spots, and scenic bike rides. The town center, markets, restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance. From Quiberon, take a day trip to Belle-Île-en-Mer, known for its cliffs, coves, and unspoiled landscapes. Water sports enthusiasts will love the nearby surf and kite beaches. A parking space is available in the residence. Events are not permitted.
