In a Belle Epoque villa (1930) for rent a 96m² apartment on the ground floor with an exceptional sea view, completely renovated, air-conditioned and tastefully furnished. Composed of two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. Large furnished terrace with adjoining garden. Note: Access to the apartment is via a private staircase (about 60 steps). The terrace includes an acces path to the 3rd floor appartment
