This luxury single storey apartment of 55m2 located on the ground floor of a traditional arlesian building has been fully renovated and equipped. It includes a large living room of 25m2 with a kitchen and a sofa bed, a modern bathroom and a 20m2 bedroom with a queen size bed for a total of 4 guests. The apartment is also fully equipped for your comfort as it features: - Linen (sheets, duvets, comforters, pillow cases ...) - Towels (towels and bathrobes) - Comfortable and spacious beds (160cm in the bedroom and comfortable 140cm sofa bed in the living room). - Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher. - Crockery, cutlery and kitchen accessories (toaster, electric kettle ...) and cleaning products. - Heating, ventilation and air conditioning - 2 Full HD LED TVs with NETFLIX - Fast and free WIFI internet access throughout the apartment. - A Nespresso coffee machine with free pods. A secure underground public car park (CCTV and caretaker) is located nearby, the price depends on the length of stay (approximately ten euros per day).

The apartment is close to the Town Hall Square , the Church of St. Trophime , the Espace Van Gogh, the Amphitheatre, the Roman Theatre , the Baths of Constantine and many other sites of interest located in the historic center of Arles. This is a lively neighborhood with many shops and restaurants nearby but the apartment remains very isolated and quiet. A secure underground public car park (CCTV and caretaker) is located nearby, the price depends on the length of stay (approximately ten euros per day).
