Cocoonr offers you this charming 150 m² house with sea view, 50 m from the beach, in Port-Louis, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 20 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - A study area - A bathroom with shower and WC On the 1ᵉʳ floor: - A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area - A fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Separate WC On the 2ᵉ floor: - Bedroom 3 and 4: a queen-size bed (160×200). - A shower room with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 20 m² courtyard, enclosed and private. - A 15 m² terrace on the first floor, with sea view and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - Linen is optional on request, to be booked and paid for directly with the concierge on arrival: bed kit e18 per bed / towel kit e7 per person / bath mats and tea towels provided. - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Surveillance cameras are installed in the entrance hall and living room.
