We are a Family run Business, created 68 years ago by our grandparents and then redesigned totally by our talented Father ! The architecture has passed the time with grace and will remind you of Melrose Place or Mexican Haciendas ( words coming directly from our customers ;) Of course, the place has changed with the time and evoluted to adapt to our nowadays habits, needs and desires :) It provides you with all the comfort you need, and we will be happy to welcome you personnally in our little Gem (25 appartments) that we manage with care and love ! We'll be available and reachable during your whole stay if any questions and needs. See you very soon :)

Nestled in a quiet green corner, the Beach Cannes Bungalows residence offers 21m2 apartments equipped for 4 people, organized around a flowered patio. You will have the choice between accommodations with a terrace on the first floor or a private garden on the ground floor. Beach Cannes Bungalows offers accommodations with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Sleeping option are : a double sofa bed in the living room, and a bunk bed in the separate bedroom. All units come with a free parking slot. Dear guests, to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean condition before your departure: dishes washed and put away, trash emptied, and fridge cleared out. If not respected, cleaning fee may apply. Thank you for your understanding. Linen & Hygiene: Towels are provided. For optimal hygiene since C0VID, bed linen is single-use disposable: we carefully select the highest-end range on the market to ensure both perfect cleanliness and true comfort.

You will stay in Le Cannet ( between Cannes and Mandelieu) : 10-minute drive from the beach, 4 km from the Palais des Festivals and 7 km from Parc de l'Estérel, an ideal location to discover the treasures of the region ! Many amenities can be found within walking distance from the residence (400m), including a supermarket (Leclerc), pharmacy, Post Office, gaz station... Each accomodation comes with a free parking. But if you don't have a car, public transport is available just next to the Residence : bus, local train and even cheap Uber ride to Cannes. Easy access to the Residence is available : - Flight : Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport is 30 km away - Drive : the A8 highway is only 1.3 km away (exit 41) - Train : Cannes TGV train station is 4 km away (the nearest TER train station is 600m away).
