Our apartment is in a new building with breathtaking sea views of Monaco and Roquebrune Cap Martin. It is a private gated community with a pool and your own personal safe and secure parking space. The apartment is a 5 minute drive from Monaco with its world class beach, Monte Carlo, restaurants, 15 minute drive to Italy and 3 minutes from local shops. The building has fitness facilities and a pool. We have two balconies perfect for dining or sunbathing both with Monaco ocean views.
Hi, we are Colin and Marta the property owners of the beautiful one bedroom beautiful ocean view apartment overlooking Monaco and Roquebrune Cap Martin. We love the Cote d'Azur and spend as much time as we can there during the year and can give you plenty of helpful tips on where to visit, dine, shop or the best walks and beaches. We are always available by telephone and we have a local representative available to help.
A brand new luxury apartment building completed January 2020 nestled in the hills with stunning sea views but only minutes from Monaco shopping, dining, local grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. It is also a few minutes drive to Roquebrune Cap Martin and Beausoleil. The apartment is bright and airy with two balconies giving views of Roquebrune Cap Martin mountains and corniches and full ocean view of the Monaco coastline. You can walk into Monaco and Beausoleil or take the local bus at entrance to building. Driving is easy 5 mins to everything including beaches. The property is gate guarded so only access for residents. There is private parking space for one car in the indoor parking which leads to the apartment. There is a bus route right outside the building that can take you straight into Monaco and you can also walk into Monaco via the stair path near the apartment. This apartment is so convenient and you can be in Beausoleil or Roquebrune Cap Martin in 5 minutes or less and of course the beaches, restaurants and shopping of Monte Carlo is also 5 minutes away.
