Stylish 2 bedroom flat of 75m2 on the ground floor of a brand-new residential building (2018) located in the center of Nice and very close to the old town and the sea. It also includes a large outdoor space of 62m2 with 2 terraces and a private garden, quite rare for downtown Nice. The apartment is very quiet (no street noise). Lots of storage. All equipment is new and top quality. Ideal for 4-5 people.
Hello! I come from a multi-cultural background and have lived in several big cities all around the world. I love Nice! I work in a startup and I am also a consultant in innovation for large corporations I travel quite often for work or pleasure and Booking definitely changed my approach of travelling !
The apartment is in a really good spot for visiting Nice. 10-15mn maximum walking distance from all main attractions It is located in a calm and secure neighborhood called “Carabacel” near the splendid “Boulevard Dubouchage”. There are several great casual or fancy restaurants nearby! It’s very central but not too touristy (Old Town can be super noisy at night). You can easily visit the city on foot. Plenty of buses are around too and the tramway is 9 minutes walk away.
