Beautiful 65m2 (700 sq ft.) apartment in the heart of Cannes, minutes away from the Palais des Festivals, Croisette, beach, all the shops, bars and restaurants. It is fully furnished with all you could possibly need. It is located in the very heart of the city : 300m from the beach, 100m from Cannes Train Station and 300m from the Palais des Festivals. All the shops and amenities within 5mn walking distance (shops, fresh daily market, restaurants, bars, clubs, entertainment ... The apartment itself is very comfortable with two bedroom : one large double bed and one single bed as well as a double bed/sofa in the living room suitable for two extra guests. The place fits up cozily to 5 people. There's a nice 8m2 balcony as well to take advantage of the sunny conditions and the lovely smell of a nearby bakery ! It is fully furnished with all house equipment such as a 32" flat HD Cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet throughout , A/C, intercom and armoured door for comfort and security, CCTV and ATM at the door ... The brand new kitchen is equipped with oven, vitro-ceramic stove, washing machine, fridge, expresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, hair dryer, printer/scanner/copier ..
