The residence/ apartment is located in a calm residential area close to the sea, near to Monaco (3 km), Nice/ Nizza ( 25 km) and to Menton (15km ). Vintimiglia/ Italy (25 km ), San Remo .. Beneath the residence, only 5 minutes walk is located the beautyful Beach « Golfe Bleu ». From the residence lovely footways are leading along the sea to Monaco, Menton and surroundings.
We are happy to welcome our guests from all over the world 🌎! Your host who is living nearby the residence is available and happy to stand beside you during your stay, if any advice or help is needed 🤔🤔. À professional and experienced childcarer/ baby-sitter is available after temporal arrangement. Dogs are welcome if they don’t bark excessively, for the respect of the neighbours. Your dog will enjoy the beautyful footwalks in the surroundings, a bath in the sea and maybe make friends 🐶😊. If you don’t know the Côté d’Azur yet and you need to stock up on some sunshine ☀️☀️☀️it is now time to discover the French Riviera 😃 !
