We have a family-run business proposing several self-catered accommodations in Les Carroz, a lovely village in the Grand Massif ski area. Pauline, your host, has a great insight into the best places to go & things to do when on vacation and speaks several languages so you don't have to worry about being understood in France: she can deal with your specific requests or will redirect you accordingly. Chalet Arpitan is a comfortable self-catered chalet finished to a high standard located in a quiet area of Les Carroz (Grand massif ski area) 5 minutes away from the ski slopes and the village. The chalet is composed of 2 adjacent apartments. Arpitan 1 has five ensuite bedrooms for 19 people. There is also a studio if you want to rent for 21 people. Stunning panoramic mountain views from the large sliding doors opening on the balconies (sunset), modern amenities. Wifi in the whole chalet. We propose optional flexible arrangements like food delivery, in-house chef etc. Our main focus is matching your individual requirements for a great mountain experience. Large private car park. Also closed garage for motorbikes and charging electric cars. Free skibus at 300m in the winter for the Grand Massif ski area and the Agy Nordic ski area. We nevertheless recommend having a car to get around. Ohme epod Ev charger Pro type 2 - 22kW House linen and end of stay cleaning can be provided but are not included in the rental price.

This cosy chalet is located in Les Carroz, a traditional chalet-style village in the Grand Massif ski area that has 275km of slopes, a 4 season rollercoaster, ice rink, wellness/spa swimming pool, tennis courts, dog sledding, pump track, mountain biking and many other outdoor mountain activities. The snowsure Grand Massif ski and mountain recreation area is facing Mont Blanc. Car equipped with winter tyres and/or chains mandatory in the winter. In the summer it is easily accessible to travel around (Italy, Chamonix, Geneva, Annecy) It is easily accessible 15 minutes from the A40 motorway (Chamonix - Geneva) Only 1 hour from Geneva airport (ask for airport transfer arrangements if needed) by the A40 motorway, 6 hours from Paris, 8 hours from Brussels.

End of stay cleaning is not included in the rental price. We can nevertheless provide it at a cost ranging betw. €80 - €400 depending on availability, All apartments can be rented together and accommodate up to 21 people.

In the winter it is mandatory to have a car equipped with winter tires to access the village and the chalet.

For groups larger than 12 people, a damage deposit of € 1,500 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
