Chalet Avenir is a beautiful chalet, ideally located with the most beautiful view of the mountains. The chalet is divided into two separate apartments. The main chalet consists of an open plan kitchen-living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a cozy pellet stove. Downstairs, the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has been beautifully renovated. The chalet has two spacious terraces with a beautiful view and parking facilities on site. It is a 10-minute walk to the ski lift (Roc d'enfer), the ski bus stops in front of the door. Morzine (Portes Du Soleil) is a 15-minute drive away. Walking and cycling routes run past the chalet. From the house you walk directly into the surrounding mountains.

Hello, Our family enjoys our fantastic chalet in both summer and winter. Our kids can't wait to go back to the chalet. In the summer you can enjoy the lovely terrace and the many sporting activities and the lovely lakes in the area. In winter it is wonderful to ski in the quiet and natural "Roc d'Enfer" or in the huge port du soleil. It is always enjoyable and relaxing.

The Chalet is about a 10-minute walk from the St. Jean d'Aulps ski lift (Roc d'enfer ski area). The free ski bus stops in front of the door. Next to the ski lift, you will also find the ski school, ski rental, crèche, a small supermarket and restaurants/ cafes. In the village in the valley you will find more extensive facilities such as a supermarket, pharmacy and a hairdresser. The Portes Du Soleil ski area, with 650 km of ski slopes, is a 10-minute drive away. The hiking and mountain bike trails run past the house and take you directly into the surrounding mountains. With the racing bike you can start the ascent of one of the 25 mountain passes in the area from the chalet. You can relax and swim in the beautiful Lac de Montriond with a sunbathing lawn, children's pond, playground and restaurants. Lac lemand is 20 km away. Here you will find beaches and characteristic villages such as Thonon les Bains, Evian Les Bains or the beautiful medieval village of Yvoire. In short, it is an attractive chalet with a unique view and with all possibilities in the vicinity for sports or relaxation, all year round.
