Très beau duplex avec un jardin dans une résidence très calme. Le duplex comporte 3 chambres agréables, une cuisine, un très beau espace douche et un grand salon. Le duplex est situé sur une montagne et dispose d'une très bonne vue panoramique de la forêt et de la ville en contre bas. Le Duplex dispose d'une place d'un parking privé. La résidence se trouve à 20mn de la gare RER B du Vert galant et 1 mn du bus No 143 pour s'y rendre. La résidence est à 20mn en voiture de l'aéroport Roissy Charles De Gaulle.
