Studio, newly renovated in our simple and friendly style. Ideally located in a town in the Saint-Malo region, 6 minutes from Saint-Malo, 6 minutes from Cancale, on the road to Mont-Saint-Michel, and central to many beaches. You will have access to all amenities on foot. A code will be given to you to avoid any time constraints. Linens are available on request for those who cannot bring their own (check out before 10 a.m. if provided And supply possible even at the last minute). The first roll of toilet paper and first trash bag are provided. Cleaning must be done before your departure to leave the apartment as it was upon your arrival. A cleaning option is available for 30 euros, excluding dishes, to be paid to the on-site housekeeper, whom we will notify if you prefer this option. We have a private parking lot with 4 spaces, if it is full, many free spaces are available nearby (see photo). We will send you a detailed message with the codes 1 week before your arrival via the booking messaging system. Please confirm receipt. We can be reached by message every day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
