Family home that has always belonged to my family since 1959. Completely renovated in 2016 after the death of my parents. Completion of works in November 2016. Married, a son studying at the University of Nice in Spatial Planning and Geoprospective, retired from the Nice University Hospital, I am a confirmed sculptor registered in GUID'ARTS under the pseudonym ZOU; stained glass artist, painter etc. I have traveled a lot, less now, but don't give up. Pianist occasionally, the maintenance of the garden takes me a lot of time and the piano less. I wish to receive my hosts in a sober, neat and very calm artistic framework. Also, improvements will be constant. I love animals: cats, dogs and my chickens.
Exceptional panoramic view, east side of the 3 countries of France, Monaco, Italy and west side of St Jean Cap Ferrat to Cap Camarat St Tropez. Safe, quiet area in chic residential countryside, detached and semi-detached houses on a hill 500 m above sea level. Major events: the Monaco Circus Festival, the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix, the Lemon Festival in Menton, the Cannes Festival, the Nice Carnival, Monte Carlo tennis tournaments, Iron man, triathlon, trial etc ... A restaurant at 100m of good quality with arbor and terrace outside. 150m Municipal swimming pool open in July and August; tennis, pétanque and basketball courts. Hiking, nearby; climbing places. A few kilometers from the sea, Larvotto beach (Monaco), Menton, Nice, Cap d'Ail, Cannes etc. Winter 90 km (1h15) from the ski resorts of Valbergue, Auron, Isola (1h15), La Colmiane ...
