Independent 16m2 studio located in a quiet, leafy area close to the motorways and 15 minutes from the city centre by car or public transport. Free parking in the street. Equipped with a small independent terrace, WIFI, air conditioning, hob, microwave, coffee maker, shower, washing machine. Tea/coffee, sheets and towels are provided. The accommodation is non-smoking, but smoking is possible on the terrace. Independent check-in/check-out with key box. The swimming pool is open from Mid-May to end-October.
