Large apartment in a privileged central location close to shops, supermarkets, beach at 200mt. The C.le Station is 400 Metres away, ideal for exploring the Côte d'Azur. The apartment is bright, relaxing, recently renovated, finely furnished and equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing stay. It consists of spacious bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, bathroom with double sink and bidet, large living room with large sofa bed (Memory). Balcony. Parking is easily located under the house. IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO REPLY TO MESSAGES WITHOUT HAVING FINALISED THE BOOKING. Tnks.
