200 sqm duplex apartment with 35 sqm sunny terrace in 16:th Century building that once belonged to the French Court. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms+open air bathtube on sunny terrace. Large well-equiped kitchen. Living-room with '60 smart TV. Fireplace/barbecue on terrace. In the heart of Old Town, 65 m from Provencale Market. No night open bars on Rue Clemenceau itself. Nearest beach 300m.
We are a family of 5. I am an emergency physician and my wife is a midwife. The Children are students. We let the apartment from time to time when we do not spend time there ourselves
Antibes Old Town is one of the nicest spots on the French Riviera. There is a mix of people of all ages and the Town is alive all year
