The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in St Malo, Intra-Muros, this charming flat 500m from the beaches, with wifi (fibre optics), with a surface area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and has a secure private garage. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises - An 18 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), separable into 2 single beds (option to be specified when booking). - A bathroom with shower - A separate WC You will also have the following additional equipment: washing machine/dryer, ironing board and iron.
