Beautiful apartment completely renovated, located in the old part of town, just behind the Place du Cap, a few steps from the shops, restaurants and 50 meters from the Sablettes beach.
Consisting of 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, a kitchen area, dining area and a bathroom, you will feel at home in this accomodation with decorations that are neat and warm.
Being perfectly equipped, it is the ideal place to start your walk to town or to the beach.
We don't have air conditionning at the moment, but there are 3 fans in the accomodation. During the summer, we advise you to close the windows and the shuttles during the day to keep the place fresh.
We can rent a parking space in Hotelde ville parking. You will pay for the parking the day you arrive in the apartment.
J'habite entre la France et l'Italie, je m'occupe de louer des appartements dont certains m'appartiennent, d'autres appartiennent à des amis.
J'aime recevoir des voyageurs chez moi, faire en sorte qu'ils se sentent bien et qu'il ne manquent de rien, faire découvrir mes régions, le Golfe de Saint-Tropez et la Côté d'Azur en France et la Ligurie (Sanremo, Impéria et l'arrière pays...) en Italie, des petits coins de paradis, où il y fait bon vivre tout au long de l'année.
J'aime aussi voyager et découvrir de nouveaux pays, rencontrer différentes personnes pour pouvoir échanger.
Je ferai en sorte que chaque voyageur qui sera hébergé dans une de mes locations, se sente comme à la maison, se sente bien, passe un excellent séjour et n'ait qu'une seule envie, revenir...

The street of the accommodation is quiet. Everything can be accessed by foot, the beaches, the old town, with a pedestrian area nearby. Do not hesitate to get lost in the alleys of the old town, appreciating its scents, the views, the monuments. The Bioves Gardens and the Casino iare at 10-minute-walk away.
To enjoy Menton, there is no need for a car, as from the apartment everything can be accessed by foot.
If you want to tvisit Nice, Monaco or Vintimille, we advise you to go by train!
