The Apartment: A large and very sunny fully integrated air conditioned two bedroom ground floor apartment with its own private terrace and private garden. Secure underground parking is also provided with its own designated space along with access to a shared adult swimming pool, a children's pool, sun lounging area, a children's playground and a petanque area, all encompassed within the communal gardens of the residence. Located within the secure landscaped grounds of Carré Marine, our apartment looks out directly over Cannes Marina and towards the distant Esterel mountains. Just over a five minute walk to the sandy beaches within the Bay of Cannes, the manicured golfing greens of Cannes Old Course, the numerous excellent restaurants nearby and the commercial shopping area of Mandelieu.
Hi I’m Vince. Myself and my wife have been hosting our property since June 2018 on several of the online rental platforms. During this time we have enjoyed meeting lovely people from all over the world. We take our guest’s experience and enjoyment very seriously and treat each and every guest just how we would like to be treated ourselves. We use these platforms extensively for our own travels.
Just over 5 minutes walk from the golden sandy beaches - Plage Robinson, Plage des Dauphins and Plage du Sable d'Or. In the immediate vicinity the apartment is surrounded by several wonderful restaurants, Cannes Old Golf Course, the public park (Parc du Robinson), riverside walks and Cannes Marina.
