"Chez Pepito" on the 2nd floor and "Chez Zaza" on the 1st floor welcome you on the edge of the historic district, just a few minutes from the Roman monuments. These large 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments, with an area of 70m², are quiet and bright, nestled in a small two-story building. Air conditioning in both apartments, double glazing. Families and friends will appreciate the privacy of the bedrooms, arranged opposite each other. The kitchens are fully equipped, and the bathrooms include a shower, sink, and toilet. The "arty/vintage" style of the apartments creates a contemporary, airy, and calm atmosphere. The private rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor offers a spectacular 360° view of the rooftops of Nîmes. With an area of 70m², it is equipped with several distinct areas for dining or relaxing on sun loungers. The private rooftop terrace is shared only with the guests of Chez Pepito or Chez Zaza. You can relax, sunbathe, eat, drink, or simply meditate while admiring our beautiful plants and the blue sky. Private parking is available upon request, for an additional fee of 15 per day. Located at street level within the building, this parking is exclusively reserved for one vehicle and is equipped with an automatic gate with remote control. As availability is limited, it is advisable to contact us in advance to reserve your spot. For your comfort, I provide sheets, blankets, towels, shower gel, and shampoo.
Travel lovers, we dreamed of hosting travelers in a pleasant place with personalized welcoming. We will recommend the key places of the city, the best restaurants according to your budget and the nice places to visit which are not necessarily on tourists guides.
Located opposite the famous "Halles de Nîmes", the indoor fancy food market, you can shop every morning and discover the specialties and quality products, you can occasionally spot a 3-star Michelin chef from the region. There are also near by small supermarkets open until 22h. The delicious restaurants that I recommend are less than 10 minutes walk.
